Shipping Schedule

We ship orders from Ocean Reach Brewing on Mondays and Thursdays, at a minimum, except on public holidays falling on these days. This schedule is designed to minimise the time your beer spends out of refrigeration, ensuring the highest quality upon delivery.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business day from the time of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched from our brewery, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post (AUSPOST). We utilise their reliable services to ensure timely delivery of your purchases.

Shipping Locations

We only ship within Australia.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Metro addresses: approximately 2 to 7 business days
• Regional locations: may experience longer delivery times

Order Tracking

For your peace of mind, all orders are dispatched with tracking capabilities. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Conditions

• Beer will only be delivered to addresses where a person over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery.
• If the delivery address is entered incorrectly or if delivery is unsuccessful due to absence at the location, the package will be returned to Ocean Reach Brewing. Reshipment will be subject to additional postage costs.
• In the event that delivery is attempted and the location is unattended, the package will either be held at a nearby depot for collection or returned to the brewery. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
• We offer the option to leave the package in a safe place if selected during checkout. However, this option is subject to the discretion of Australia Post.

Local deliveries

For customers living in Phillip Island & San Remo with postcodes 3925, 3923, 3922, we offer complimentary delivery of goods from the brewery to their doorstep. Delivery times may vary, typically taking around 1-2 business days for the shipment to reach its destination.

Responsibility and Liability

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in good condition, you assume ownership and responsibility for all associated risks. While we strive to deliver within expected timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and do not accept liability for losses resulting from delayed delivery.

Legal Compliance

Ocean Reach Brewing supports the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with Australian laws. Under the Liquor Act 1998 (VIC), it is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. Similar laws apply across Australia.
